Refund & Damages Policy
Our brands have varying refund, returns and damages policies, please refer to guide below. Due to COVID personal uses and customizable nature of the products the accessories are non-refundable. All returns must be returned in the original packaging and include the original invoice, all machine parts, accessories and welcome package materials.

Damages and Exchanges
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@mybeanmachine.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on our products outside of products damaged during the shipping process. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In most cases 30 days will be granted as an exchange, please reference the individual manufacturers policy as outlined below.
Refunds
Please refer to guide above based on the individual manufacturers refund/return policy. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Solis - Offers an over the counter exchange on machines that "arrive dead" or 30 day return policy (less 20% restocking fee)
La Marzocco - Due to the highly customizable features and lead time on orders there are no refund/returns. If machine arrives damaged we will be happy to help just send us an email returns@mybeanmachine.com
Ascaso - 30 day return policy (less 20% restocking fee).
Jura - 30 day return policy (less 20% restocking fee). Any merchandise returned missing the original invoice, machine parts, accessories or welcome package materials will be subject to a $125.00 chargeback fee.
Eureka - 30 day return policy (less 20% restocking fee)
